Warranty Information

Standard 3-year, return-to-factory

UD Services Ltd, warrants to its customers that the products sold will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. The effective period of this limited return to factory warranty is three (3) years for parts and labour from the date of United Digital shipper/invoice. United Digital warranty shall be to either repair or replace, at United Digital’s option and expense, any defective products. To obtain an RMA number please contact United Digital Technical Service at 01926 887080. United Digital’s warranty herein is contingent upon proper use of the products by the VAD/VAR Distributor’s customer and does not cover expendable component parts such as media, magazine and the like; or if damage is due to accident, unusual physical, electrical or electro-mechanical stress, neglect, misuse, failure of electric power, air conditioning, humidity control, transportation, operation with media not approved by United Digital, or tampering with or altering of the products.
