RMA Procedure and Advanced Replacement

Please follow these procedures to ensure prompt and proper handling if a United Digital product becomes defective and is required to be returned for repair.

1. Call our technical service to obtain an RMA number. Phone 01926 887080. Please have the following information available when you call: description of product, serial number, part number, invoice number and date and reason for return.
2. Attach a note describing the suspected defect with your return. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Pre-pay shipping charges
4. Return all products in either the original packaging or packaging offering equal protection.
5. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and include it inside as well, along with an explanation of the problem. Damage due to inadequate or unsuitable packaging, failure to install shiplocks or missing components will void the warranty.

Returned items that fail to comply with all of the above procedures may be subject to a service charge.
